On July 20, 2026, IKEVORA was pleased to contribute to the Youth Prep Programme, organised by Cloneshouse LLC in Abuja, as a facilitator of an interactive masterclass under the Employability Track.

The session, titled “𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐲,” focused on preparing young people with the skills, mindset, and competencies needed to navigate the modern workplace and pursue meaningful career opportunities.

Academic qualifications are important, but workplace readiness requires more. Young people must also develop practical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and the willingness to learn continuously in a rapidly evolving digital economy.

Bridging the gap between education and employment requires equipping young people not just with knowledge, but with the confidence and practical capabilities to apply that knowledge in real-world situations.

At IKEVORA, we believe that developing capable people is fundamental to building stronger workplaces and improving organisational performance. Through our work in talent development, leadership development, and workplace effectiveness, we support the development of skills and capabilities that enable people and organisations to thrive.

We appreciate Cloneshouse LLC for creating a platform that promotes practical learning, youth development, and career preparation.
